## AI credits

- `POST /feedback` when it generates, `POST /query` and `POST /email` use one credit each. Key points and every `GET` are free.
- The desktop app's AI features, including live help during calls, use the same credits.
- One day can use at most a third of the monthly credits: 500, 5,000 or 10,000. A monthly spending cap can also stop generation before the credits run out.
- Credits reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. `GET /user/profile` shows `used`, `limit` and `remaining`.
- When a limit is reached, the endpoint returns `429 ai_limit_exceeded`.

## Convo Memory

The [contacts endpoints](/api-reference/contacts/list-contacts) need a Professional or Enterprise plan with Convo Memory turned on in the desktop app under **Settings → Memory**. Without Memory, `GET /contacts` and `GET /contacts/unresolved-threads` return an empty list with `reason: "no-brain"`, and a briefing returns `403`.
